Term for fulfillment service



About Fulfillment service
Fulfillment service inlcude storage products in our warehouse, pick and pack product, pass the parcels to shipping company.
But please understand that we are not a shipping company.
Our service is finished after we pass the parcels to shipping company.

Product/Package lose/damage
1. If product is lose/damage in our warehouse, we will pay for the value you declared for custom
2. We don't response for the products that already damaged when it arrive at our warehouse.
3. If the product is lose/damage during shipping, this is not our problem. But we will try our best to get compensation from shipping company.
Important, some shipping way like China post air mail, Epacket, SF-packet shipped as it is, shipping companies will not pay us even it's lose by shipping company
And they will not reply any question such as "Where is my parcel?" , "Why tracking not update so long ?"
4. If the product is lose/damage due to force majeure factor, such as earthquake, natural disaster, war and country policy. You need to bear the lose. We will not take no responsibility for the lose.

Custom problem/custom tax
Custom problem/custom tax happen during shipping,
As we metioned, we are not a shipping company. We will not response for these problem.
Most of the shipping way won't response for Custom problem/custom tax too except some shipping way declare that this shipping service inlcude custom tax (tax free)

Parcel return
1. EMS, Epacket can return back for fail delivered parcel for free. But it will take quite a long time.
2. Others shipping way default will destroy your parcel directly for fail deliver parcel. If you request to return, it will cost a huge return fee which will be paid by you.
3. It's free for us to updated the returned parcel to WMS.

Insurance
1. Storage Insurance: Default not include Storage insurance.
2. Shipping Insurance: Default no shipping insurance.



Term for selling in our platform



About selling in our platform
You put your product in our warehouse for selling.
You just need to make sure the product quality and it's as description.
You don't need to worry about pick and pack and shipping. You don't response for pick and pack and shipping problem.

Product/Package lose/damage
1. If product is lose/damage in our warehouse, we will pay for the value you declared for custom

3. If the product is lose/damage during shipping. We will contact shipping company and customer to slove it. You don't need to bear any lose for this case.
4. If the product is lose/damage due to force majeure factor, such as earthquake, natural disaster, war and country policy. You need to bear the lose. We will not take no responsibility for the lose.

Custom problem/custom tax
We will contact shipping company and customer to slove it. You don't need to bear any lose for this case.

Parcel return
If product return with no damage. We will restock and the buying money of this product will be refunded back to customer.

Product quality
If your product have quality problem or not as description. You need to refund the product money back to customer. Usually 50% part refund, but may up to 100% full refund.

Insurance
Storage Insurance: Default not include Storage insurance.

All custom tax are paid by you except some shipping way declared as (tax free).
If a series custom problem happen, parcel is possible to be destory. You need to bear this lose.

Parcel return
Only EMS and Epacket is free for returning, and we will refund the product cost to you once we get the return parcel.
For other shipping ways, if you request to return, it will cost a huge return fee from shipping company, which will be bear by you

Address problem
We don't response for the shipping problem caused by wrong address.

Product quality
If the product have quality problem or not as description. You can request a refund. We usually give you 50% part refund, but series case may up to 100% full refund.

Insurance
Storage Insurance: Default not include shipping insurance.
